Former Police Sergeant Adeyini Adeyinka answered allegations that his conduct amounted to breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, in respect of:
Arising from an alleged incident on 29 September 2022, involving a female colleague.
It is further alleged that this conduct amounts to gross misconduct, namely a breach of the standards of professional behaviour that, if proved, is so serious that his dismissal would be justified.
The panel found that former PS Adeyinka was proven to have breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour of Authority, Respect and Courtesy at the level of Misconduct.
The allegation was not proven for Discreditable Conduct.
As former PS Adeyinka is no longer a serving Police Officer, the panel are not required to determine an outcome.
