PC Orla Conlan, of South West Command Unit, will answer allegations that their conduct amounted to breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, in respect of the following:
It is alleged that on 22 November 2023 PC Orla Conlan made four comments to a colleague, using discriminatory language, which were made without respect and courtesy and in a manner likely to bring discredit upon the police.
It is further alleged that this conduct, if proven, amounts to gross misconduct and is so serious as to justify dismissal.
