Officer A will answer allegations that her conduct amounts to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of:
- Discreditable Conduct
It is alleged that the conduct of Officer A has breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour, as follows:
- On or around 14 October 2021, officer A struck her son, with a coat hanger.
The matters set out above (individually and / or collectively) if proven, are said to amount to gross misconduct, in that they are so serious as to justify dismissal.
The identity of victims/witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
