Police Constables Rafi Lindill, James Humphrey, and Craig Hawkins, all AS Central South Command Unit will answer allegations that his conduct amounted to breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour.

Between 9 December 2021 and 19 May 2022, all three officers were part of a WhatsApp group where the creator of the group made offensive and discriminatory comments. It is alleged that upon receiving these messages, the officers failed to challenge or report the offensive comments and conduct.
Further, it is alleged that PC Lindill exchanged messages on the chat that were offensive and disrespectful.
The matter and conduct set out above amount to gross misconduct, namely a breach of the standards of professional behaviour that, if proved, are so serious as to justify dismissal.
If you wish to apply to attend the hearing you must book no later than 1pm the previous working day. This is to allow for sufficient time to process the application. Any requests received after this time will be unable to be processed in time for the hearing and therefore will be rejected.
The identity of victims/witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
