Time: 9am

Police Constables Wills and Abdalla, based at MO7 Taskforce Operational Command Unit at the time of the alleged incident, will answer allegations that their conduct amounts to a breach of Standard of Professional Behaviour, in respect of:
It is alleged that both officers used excessive, unnecessary and disproportionate force when dealing with a member of the public who failed to stop their vehicle when requested to do so by police officers.
