Former PC Costas Maruszczyk will answer allegations that their conduct amounts to a breach of Standard of Professional Behaviour, in respect of:
Whilst being a serving member of the Met, it is alleged former PC Costas Maruszczyk sexually assaulted and attempted sexual assault on a police student. It is also alleged he made inappropriate and sexualised comments to his fellow class students between January 2022 and February 2022.
In acting this way it is alleged that former PC Maruszczyk breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of Discreditable Conduct and Authority, Respect and Courtesy, and that his conduct if proven, amounts individually and/or collectively to gross misconduct.
If you wish to apply to attend the hearing you must book no later than 1pm the previous working day. This is to allow for sufficient time to process the application. Any requests received after this time will be unable to be processed in time for the hearing and therefore will be rejected.
The identity of victims and witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
