I note you seek access to the following information:

The number of instances in which someone arrested on suspicion of drug offences was not charged on the grounds of the public interest factors as outlined in the Code for Crown Prosecutors for the following periods:

i) 2018/2019
ii) 2019/2020
iii)2020/2021
iv) 2021/2022
v) 2022/2023

I also request a breakdown of number of times each factor was cited in the decision for the same periods.
