I note you seek access to the following information:

Could you let me know the maximum file size and video length for files uploaded to evidence.com please?

Clarification -
I am asking for:
a) The maximum size of a file ingested via the public ingestion system Axon community request,
b) The maximum size of a file ingested via Axon Capture and,
c) The maximum size of a file that can be imported directly into the system?

All of this is relating to the MPS instance i.e. met.uk.evidence.com.

Qa - The maximum size of a file ingested via the public ingestion system Axon community request,

Axon Community request is a tool which enables MPS officers and staff to securely request, receive and manage digital evidence submissions from members of the public. Members of the public are sent a URL link via email or text message, from there they simply click on the link and upload their digital evidence. They can submit up to 16 files with a total value of 200GB (with a maximum individual file size of 60GB) if they need to submit more they can be sent a new link.

Qb - The maximum size of a file ingested via Axon Capture and,

Axon Capture is a mobile application for smart phones/mobile devices, which provides MPS officers and staff the ability to securely capture photographic/audio evidence from a person, scene or incident. This evidence can then be reviewed on the mobile device and uploaded directly into the MPS system met.uk.evidence.com.
Axon don't impose any limits on the file sizes that can be imported via Axon Capture, so MPS officer and staff can upload unlimited still images or audio files via this application.

Qc - The maximum size of a file that can be imported directly into the system?

There is a 4GB upload limit for files imported directly into the MPS instance of evidence.com, met.uk.evidence.com.
