I note you seek access to the following information:
How many people were charged by the Met under S127, clause 1A of the Communications Act 2003 (CJS code - CA03005), during the calendar years for 2017 to 2022 (inclusive)?
Could you also detail how many of those charged were male/female and how many of those charged were at the time of the purported offence, employed by a police force?
Could the same information also be given for how many were arrested for the same offence during this same time period?

Table 1(a) includes a column in which any custody record in which a person’s occupation was recorded as ‘Police Service’ is shown. This includes any Police Service and does not necessarily mean the person was employed by the MPS.
There were no charges shown for persons with an occupation recorded as 'Police Service’ in table 1(b).
