1. Total number of stabbings at Notting Hill Carnival for all years where such data is available (broken down by year and whether fatal or non-fatal) 

2. Total number of arrests at Notting Hill Carnival for all years where such data is available (broken down by year and arresting offence) 

3. Total cost of policing Notting Hill Carnival for all years where such data is available (broken down by year and normalised to pounds sterling as of 2022, i.e. adjusted for inflation)

I have today decided to disclose some of the requested information.  Some data has been withheld as it is exempt from disclosure and therefore this response serves as a Refusal Notice under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act) by virtue of the following exemptions:
