The TPP SystmOne was procured via the direct award process within the National Health Service (NHS) Shared Business Services (SBS) framework, which is a compliant route under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR).

The contract values include the provision of full IT support services and licence costs over the duration of the contract.

The contract is now in its first extension period. This covers the period from the 1 April 2023 to the 31 March 2024. A decision on whether to extend or re-procure after this date has not been made.
