I note you seek access to the following information:

I am seeking answers to the following two questions on behalf of the British Metals Recycling Association (PE29 6FY):

1. Since 2013, how many Scrap Metal Dealers were charged for operating without a licence? Please differentiate between site licences and mobile collector’s licences.

2. Since 2013, how many Scrap Metal Dealers were charged for paying cash for scrap? Please differentiate between site licences and mobile collector’s licences.

The MPS could only find Offence Titles that relate to the Licence parts of the request. We do not have a search/flag code relating to the “…paying cash for scrap…” parts of the request. We are also unable to differentiate between site licences and mobile collector’s licences.
