Please let me know how many roadside fines or reports submitted by police officers from the Metropolitan Police were made for each of the last 12 months for the following offences:

1. Obstruction in drivers view .
2. Not indicating when needing to.
3. Pedestrian crossing the road illegally or dangerously.
4. Not having or using the dipped beam or main rear lights in dark conditions.
