People charged with energy theft/production of cannabis from January 2017 to December 2022

NEW REQUEST:
I recent received the results of my FOI request and would like to resubmit it within a narrower field to be within the the cost threshold.

I would like to ask for the data for just questions one and two of my original request which are:

REQUEST 1: The number of people have been charged with energy theft each calendar year, from 2017 to 2022

REQUEST 2: The number of people charged with the production of cannabis each calendar year, from 2017 to 2022

In regards to request number 3 - would I be able to narrow the perimeters of the request down to just one specific year and still be within the confines of the cost threshold? I'm assuming that it is roughly 300 reports per year, which would amount to 15 hours worth of information collection. If I requested just the year 2022 would that be retrievable?

Please note that in regards to the 3rd request, unfortunately in my previous response to you I quoted that it would take an average of 3 minutes to review each report, however the Data Office has confirmed that it will take 5 minutes to review each report. With that said even reviewing 1 years data would still take roughly 24 hours to review which would exceed the cost limit.
