Facilities Management: IBM Tririga (CAFM)
Estates: MRI Manhattan

Facilities Management: April 2022 for an initial 7 Years
Estates: the contract renewal was in March 2022 - 2 years with the option to extend 1 year

Q3 - Is there an extension clause in the contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?

Facilities Management: Yes, there is an option for extensions up 3 Years
Estates: 1 year

Q4 - Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract(s) will be extended or renewed?

Facilities Management: No, as the current contract was only awarded last year

FM: The CAFM system is part of an overall PSD Next Generation Integrator Contract providing multiple services and as such we are unable to extract the costs for the CAFM element
