Number of officers and staff who are currently off sick, and have been off for more than six months: 182
Number of officers and staff who are currently off sick, and have been off for more than a year: 65

Q2 - Specify how long the 10 individuals on sick leave the longest have been on it.

3rd	2.30 years
4th	2.29 years
5th - 11th	2.28 years

Q4 - Please provide the number of disability discrimination claims officers and staff brought against you in 2021/22.

Disability claims received in the financial year 2021 – 22 is 50
