This is a request under the Freedom of Information act for information regarding the murder of Sandra Rivett in 1974.

I am looking for the following information:

1) Please disclose the name of the investigation into the death of Sandra Rivett in 1974 and the subsequent search for the prime suspect, Lord Lucan.
2) Please disclose all known costs of the review/investigation including any travel expenses;
3) Please disclose the name of the SIO;
4) Please disclose the number of arrests made as a result of the review/investigation, the date/s of the arrests and the location of the arrested person;
5) Please disclose the number of statements taken, the dates of the statements and the location of the person providing the statement;
6) Please disclose the number of officers assigned to the investigation broken down by rank.

Enquiries relating to the investigation into the death of Sandra Rivett in 1974 and other historic homicide offences are the responsibility of the Specialist Casework Team, so as such the answer to your first question is there is no dedicated funding for this particular investigation and the answer to your second question is that there are no officers assigned specifically to this investigation.
