Also, since you have cited cost in not being able to comply with the request claiming that you would need to contact individual staffs and officers. You claimed you cannot think of a way to narrow down my request so let me be kind to provide you with a way to narrow down my request by advising under my FOI request whether the Metropolitan Police have any cooperation policies and agreement formally, informally written or unwritten with Oxleas NHS or any other mental health trusts. This is a very narrow remit which you should be able to comply with and if you cannot comply with this I am afraid I will need to take legal advice.
