Please could you provide me the estimated costings of officer training per head (non-itemised - I simply wish for the overall headline cost) over the probation period for:

1. IPLDP PROGRAMME
2. PCDA PROGRAMME
3. DHEP PROGRAMME

Q1 - IPLDP PROGRAMME

The overall cost to train an IPLDP+ student per head over a 2 year period is approximately £14,971.81.

The figure provided above is based solely on two trainers and does not include any extra street duties tutors, internal/external contributors, or ancillary bookings, i.e. venue, classroom, equipment, uniform, street duties tutors, etc.:

Q2 - PCDA PROGRAMME

The overall cost to train a PCDA officer over the three year probation period is approximately £210k.

The numbers provided in response to your questions 2 and 3 (above), are indicative of the total cost of training and officer, and covers everything from salary, training costs, uniform, IT equipment, etc., and represents the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
