I would like to know:
1. The rate of London Allowances 1 plus 2 currently paid by the MPS;
2. If the London Allowance total currently paid is less than the maximum set out in the 2020 report of the Police Remuneration Review Body (£5,332 per annum), what plans the MPS has to increase the current rate to that maximum, and from what date that increase will take place.

Q1 - The rate of London Allowances 1 plus 2 currently paid by the MPS.
I am pleased to inform you that the information requested is held by the MPS and is already in the public domain.
This information can be found on the Officer Promotion - Pay & Benefits page of the Met’s website
Q2 - If the London Allowance total currently paid is less than the maximum set out in the 2020 report of the Police Remuneration Review Body (£5,332 per annum), what plans the MPS has to increase the current rate to that maximum, and from what date that increase will take place.
There are currently no plans to increase the allowance.
