I note you seek access to the following information:
1. Can you please tell me the current status of your investigation into the former prime minister, Mr Boris Johnson for his various acts of misconduct in public office?
Specifically, but not limited to the incident where he lied to you about the "Vomit up the wall" parties at Downing Street, as you are obviously aware of that one.
2. Are you also aware of the lies he told to get elected, and have you recognised that as misconduct?
3. Is there a reference number that I can pass out?
I believe there are a number of people who may have information to share.
I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full.
Please find below information pursuant to your request above.
Q1 - Can you please tell me the current status of your investigation into the former prime minister, Mr Boris Johnson for his various acts of misconduct in public office?
Specifically, but not limited to the incident where he lied to you about the "Vomit up the wall" parties at Downing Street, as you are obviously aware of that one.
The Met investigation into alleged breaches of Covid regulations at Downing Street and Whitehall, under Operation Hillman, is complete.
In total, detectives made 126 referrals for fixed penalty notices (FPNs) to the ACRO Criminal Records Office for breaches of Covid-19 regulations.
These referrals related to events on the following eight dates:

18 June 2020
19 June 2020
13 November 2020
17 December 2020
18 December 2020
14 January 2021
16 April 2021
Of the referrals, all resulted in a FPN being issued. In total, this referred to 83 individuals. The breakdown of recipients was 53 FPNs issued to 35 men and 73 FPNs to 48 women. A total of 28 people received between two and five referrals.
