Sexual offences on NHS premises from 2017 to 2022

I note you seek access to the following information:

Please now conduct a search of child rapes and sexual assaults recorded in London hospitals, using the dataset FOI ref. 01.FOI.22.026850. I note here that my revised request does not cover the full range of child sex offences I initially requested figures for; it only covers those relevant crime categories recorded in FOI ref. 01.FOI.22.026850. For the avoidance of any doubt these are:

019/07 Rape of a Female Child under 16
019/09 Rape of a Male Child under 16
019/16 Rape of a Female Child under 13
019/17 Rape of a Male Child under 13
017/16 Sexual Assault on a Male child under 13
020/04 Sexual Assault on a Female Child under 13
020/06 Sexual Assault on a Female Child under 13

Please provide the annual figures for each of the above crime categories, the totals by category for 2019-22, and the overall totals for all child rapes and all child sexual assaults.

Additionally, in line with your response to FOI ref. 01.FOI.22.026850, please show offences where the outcome is charged/summonsed. (Given that this FOI response stated that no rapes in hospital resulted in a charge/summons, this only requires you to check the outcomes for sexual assaults.)

If you are saying that you cannot identify gang rapes or crimes categorised as sexual activity with a person with a mental disorder then exclude these categories from my revised request.

If time allows, please also search FOI dataset ref. 18092 and provide data on recorded rapes and sexual assaults of girls and boys <13 and <16.

If you cannot carry out a search of both FOI ref. 01.FOI.22.026850 and FOI ref. 18092. within the time allowed under the FOIA, then limit the search to the former request, which covers the years 2019-22.

However, if you are able to include just one of the two years of relevant data (2017-18) from FOI ref. 18092, please provide figures from 2018.

In summary:
This revised request is for the number of child rapes and sexual assaults recorded in London hospitals in the years 2019-22, specifically the period/dataset covered by FOI ref. 01.FOI.22.026850.

If time allows, please also provide – either fully or in part – figures for child rapes and sexual assaults recorded in London hospitals in the years 2017-18, specifically the period/dataset covered by FOI ref. 18092.

DATASET CAVEATS
Please note that even if offences were recorded in a specific year this does not necessarily mean that the offence was committed in the same year. The venue location was filtered to ND for hospitals only, which may include mental health facilities, NHS and private medical hospitals.
