1) For the period of 1 January 2022 to 1 January 2023, please confirm how many 999 calls were received by MPS.
2) For the period of 1 January 2022 to 1 January 2023, please confirm the average handling time for each of those calls.
2a) Please confirm how the MPS defines Average Handling Time, is this from the point of answering to the end of the call, or until the call handler marks themselves as 'ready' on the next call.
