I would like to know the number of Zoom licenses, Microsoft Teams licences and Google Meet licenses purchased by your organisations over the last 3 financial years, broken down year by year, as well as the total spending on licenses for each platform.

E.g.

April 2020 - April 2021

500 Zoom licenses purchased, £60,000 spent in total on Zoom licences
2,000 Microsoft Teams licenses purchased, £300,000 spent in total on Microsoft Teams licences
0 Google Meet licenses purchased, £0 spent on Google Meet licences

• 21/22 – No record of any licenses being purchased
• 20/21 – No record of any licenses being purchased
• 19/20 - 1 zoom license purchased, cost range £1<£500

Microsoft Teams - Note there is not an individual cost for Teams licenses available as these are part of the Office 365 package and so no costs are able to be provided. The MPS utilised the National Enabling Programme MoU to purchase its licenses.
• 21/22 – 53500 licenses as part of overall Office licensing.
• 20/21 – 51475 licenses as part of overall Office licensing.
• 19/20 – 50650 licenses as part of overall Office licensing.

Google Meet - No record of any licenses purchased in this time.
