Serving officers under investigation for sexual offences

I note you seek access to the following information:

Please could you supply me with information regarding the number of serving police constables and officers within the Metropolitan police service, who are currently under investigation either by yourselves or the IOPC, or who have had an investigatin and the results have been passed to the CPS or who have been charged and are awaiting court for any and all sexual offence, whether that be towards a female victim, a male victim or a child victim.

You may exclude anyone who has already been investigated, charged and found guilty, so just those under current investigation or procedures for a sexual offence.

There are currently 212 current investigations for sexual offences. Please note that if an officer has multiple cases they will be counted against each case.
