I write pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (‘the Act’) to request some information.

Please confirm whether or not the Metropolitan Police currently records, or has at any point since 20 October 2014 when s.43 Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act came into force recorded the following information:

1. The number of Community Protection Notices (CPNs) issued under s.43 Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014. If yes, please provide this information broken down by year and policing borough for the period from 2017 to present (or as much of that period as records exist for).

2. The age, gender and ethnicity of people issued with CPNs. If yes, please provide this information broken down by year and by policing borough for the period from 2017 to present (or as much of that period as records exist for).
