IMPORTANT:
Please ensure that the information below, how the data was extracted, is read in conjunction with the data in this report to ensure that it is interpreted correctly.
1. It only includes Employees with an Employee Number starting with P or S.
2. It includes any officer that has worked for the Met during the given time period, even if they no longer work for the Met.
3. It only includes the most recent position that the officer worked in, so if they moved team at any point in the time period, it will only show the most recent team.
4. Only Employees with an FTE value of “1” are included in this dataset. This is according to the Human Resources data set.
The “Zero Arrests by Function” sheet attached to this email breaks down officers based on a lookup we maintain. The function values may not exactly match the F1 table in the Police Workforce Statistics dataset but I believe this is as close as we can get. I have provided a breakdown into Business Group, OCU, Function and Department, to allow you to choose the appropriate level of summary
