I note you seek access to the following information:

For each year over the last ten years, the total number of Metropolitan Special Constables (MSCs) in London.

The total number of MSCs in each basic command unit (BCU), since BCUs were formed in 2018.

The total annual cost of MSCs including any pay, expenses or other costs, per BCU, since 2018.

The total annual amount of expenses paid out to MSCs in each BCU since 2018.

Any breakdown of the proportion of types of expenses claimed by MSCs each year, either by BCU or London-wide.

Please note that the data in relation to MSC costs can only be provided MPS wide since 2018. In addition, there is no subjective code that is used to record expenses for MSC officers, however we do hold information in relation to MSC Allowances which I have attached for your information.
