The number of drivers fined for using a mobile device over the last five calendar years - or less if not known.

The road/location of drivers being caught using a mobile device, if known.

Please find below information pursuant to your request above.

The attached data provides the yearly breakdown for the offence of using a mobile phone device whilst supervising a learner driver in a moving vehicle; and using a mobile phone device whilst driving/moving a vehicle on a public road for the period in question (2017 – 2021).

The location of each incident has also been shown on the spreadsheet as requested.
