5 relevant offences. For each of these 5 offences please tell me:

1. Which legislation was the suspect investigated under:
a) Adminstering drugs/instruments to procure an abortion (Offences Against The Person Act 1861).
b) Procuring drugs etc. to cause an abortion (OATPA), or
c) Intentional destruction of a viable unborn child (Infant Life Preservation Act).

2. Was she the pregnant party herself (based upon a summary of the crime).
