Use of Anti-Social Behaviour Powers/Orders from January 2015 to March 2022

I note you seek access to the following information:

• The number of reports of anti-social behaviour, both (a) including and (b) excluding reports of covid rule breaches, recorded by Metropolitan Police in each quarter of the full calendar years 2015-2021 (inclusive) and the first quarter of 2022.

• The number times each of the six powers specified in the 2014 Act were used by Metropolitan Police in each quarter of the full calendar years 2015-2021 (inclusive) and the first quarter of 2022, disaggregated by power. To clarify, these powers are: Civil injunctions, Criminal behaviour orders, Dispersal powers, Community protection notices and remedial orders, Public spaces protection orders, Closure notices and orders and Absolute grounds for possession.

I understand that much of this information was previously requested by HMICFRS to produce their 2017 PEEL report, so I hope you will be able to respond to this largely equivalent request easily.

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12 of the FOI Act, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
