In each of the years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 (or, if it is easier to retrieve data, in each of the last five complete accounting years), please provide the following data:

Regarding Serving Female Police Officers with the MET:

1. The average length of service, in years, by rank.

2. The average number of years served in the rank of Police Constable on promotion to Sergeant

To clarify Q2, Regarding female officers who gained promotion from Police Constable to Sergeant, I wish to know how many years, on average, a female Police Officer with the MET served as a Police Constable before they were promoted to Sergeant.

3. The number and percentage of Officers who are age 50 and over, by rank

Regarding female Police Officers who leave MET Service:
