We are undertaking a project to establish the use of Stalking Protection Orders between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2021. To this end, we are writing to ask if, under the auspices of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, you could kindly provide the following information:

o The number of Interim Stalking Protection Orders applied for and granted during 2021 (01/01/2021 to 31/12/2021)

o The number of Full Stalking Protection Orders applied for and granted during 2021

o The number of Stalking Protection Orders breached during 2021

The number of Stalking Protection Orders breached during 2021.

There were 33 Breaches.
