I was curious about the ranking system used for policing football matches within non-league football. While I'm aware of the general categorisation (Cat. A-C), I was curious if there are many fixtures within the National League that held ranking status.
More often then not there is no police presence though I have seen a few matches that have required a police presence during the game in addition to stewards.
I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full.

All fixtures in the first 5 divisions are monitored and a categorisation are placed on each fixture.
The categorisation ranges from police free, operational football officers only, low risk, medium risk and high risk. These replaced the previously used categorisations of PF, Spotters only, A, B, C and C-IR.
