In regards to question 2, HR do not know who was on permanent adjusted duties. Therefore this information is not held by the MPS.

However HR can only provide FTE (Full Time Equivalent) placed on adjusted duties (average monthly for each year, as the workforce data they receive are monthly snapshots).
