Please provide the information requested as far as the records are available to you.
Please provide the following information:
1) The number of individuals added to the Gangs Matrix in each calendar year from 2005 to 2021 (inclusive).
2) the Number of individuals whose details were removed from the Gangs Matrix in each calendar year from 2005 to 2021 (inclusive).
3) The total number of individuals about whom any information was stored on the Gangs Matrix at the end of each calendar year, from 2005 to 2021 (inclusive).
4) Regarding the information requested under point 3 above: please provide a breakdown of the individuals whose details were on the Gangs Matrix in each year, by ethnicity, gender and age.

Q1 - The number of individuals added to the Gangs Matrix in each calendar year from 2005 to 2021 (inclusive).
The below is the latest data relating to the MPS Gang Violence Matrix (GVM). The data in this report relates to the GVM as of 1st July 2018.
There are currently 3263 individuals on the GVM. 1140 of these are in custody.
Since 1st April 2018 there have been 124 individuals added to the GVM and 331 have been removed.

Since 1st July 2018 there have been 128 individuals added to the GVM and 152 have been removed.
