The contract was awarded on 1 July 2019, it was procured via G-Cloud 12 procurement exercise for an initial term of two years (1 July 2019 to 30 June 2021) with an option to extend further for 2 periods of 12 months each.

Q3 - What was the initial value of the contract award?

£410,500 + VAT

Q4 - How much upward change control (variation) has been associated to this contract since the original award?

The first extension option (1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022) has been enacted for a value of £150,000 + VAT

Q5 - How much upward change control (variation) is planned for the next 12-18 months with respect to this contract?

The second and final extension option (1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023) will be enacted at a forecast value of £150,000 + VAT

Q6 - Are there any plans to re-compete this contract once the original contract expires or if it materially exceeds the value of the original award through change control (variation)?

There will be a new contract in place from July 2023 through a new procurement exercise via a complaint route to market.
