Data offences regarding traffic reports for each London Boroughs from January 2013 to January 2022

I note you seek access to the following information:

The number of traffic offence reports for each London Borough, and the City of London—for as many years as records/the data is available—as concerns traffic noise-related offences.

The way that the information was set out for my earlier request (in a spreadsheet) would be an ideal way to receive this data, if possible.

The following offences are of particular interest to me, but if there are additional noise-related offices, then kindly provide that data too:

1. Failing to maintain silencer
2. No silencer
3. Sounding of horn when stationary
4. Use of a motor vehicle on a road with a defective exhaust system / silencer
5. Use of a motor vehicle on a road with silencer / exhaust system altered to increase the noise made
6. Use of a motor vehicle with altered exhaust system/silencer

Local Authority Borough is not recorded on most TOR (Traffic Offences Reports) therefore, we do not break data down to that level. In addition, the MPS do not hold data for the City of London. I have provided you with the link to make an FOI request to the City of London - Request Information.
