I note you seek access to the following information:

1. How many times in the past year in London motorcyclists have been stopped and their exhaust system tested because of excessive noise.

2. How many times in the past year motorcyclists have been sanctioned for having exhaust systems that are not for road use.

3. How many times in the past year motorcyclists have been sanctioned for not having a clear labelling on their exhaust, or for interfering with labelling that marks an exhaust system as 'not for road use.'

Q1 - How many times in the past year in London motorcyclists have been stopped and their exhaust system tested because of excessive noise.

A2 - We can confirm that in the past one year, the MPS have issued a total of 5 Traffic Offence Reports (TORs) for the offence of causing unnecessary noise whilst using a motorcycle.

Q3 - How many times in the past year motorcyclists have been sanctioned for not having a clear labelling on their exhaust, or for interfering with labelling that marks an exhaust system as 'not for road use.'
