I note you seek access to the following information:

private tenants?
2. How many prosecutions have resulted?
Ideally I would like stats for both pre-lockdown & lockdown years.
I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full.
Please find below information pursuant to your request above.
Q1 - In recent years, how many times have you investigated accusations of illegal evictions on private tenants?
Please find attached a spreadsheet in which the requested information has been provided.
IMPORTANT:
• Please ensure that the Notes Page is read in conjunction with the data in this report to ensure that it is interpreted correctly.
Q2 - How many prosecutions have resulted?
The information you have requested is not held by the MPS.
Please note that the police service is responsible for the investigation of offences, however the subsequent prosecution - and potentially a conviction - would be a matter for the Crown Prosecution Service.
