Unfortunately I am still awaiting information to answer your last question but in the meantime wanted to provide you with the information I have managed to retrieve. As soon as I have a response for question 5 I will be in touch.
Q1 - How many independent advisory groups (IAG) does the Met have?
There are 32 Borough IAGS and 7 Crime Prevention Inclusion and Engagement Command (CPIE) led IAG’s that I have located within the MPS

In addition to these IAG’s we have a number of Forums that we run also, London Muslim Community Forum, London Jewish Community Forum and Central Youth Forum to name a few.

In question 3 you have asked ‘Who sits (name, organisation) on your IAGs for hate crime, race, LGBT, women, and disability?
There is not a hate crime IAG within the MPS – MOPAC run an engagement meetng similar to a Diamond Group, where all parties meet and the MPS now have a hate crime strategic meeting headed up by Commnder Southworth and Superintendent Martin Kirby.
There is not a Womens IAG within the MPS however we do have a Young Womens Forum and have held specific meetings with women from across our IAG’s and VAWG issues
