I note you seek access to the following information:

I would like to request copies of all internal and external correspondence and communications that (1) mention (2) refer to (3) discuss the handling of FOI requests 01/FOI/20/015184; 01/FOI/20/015694; FOI/21/018331; 01/FOI/21/019028; and 01/FOI/21/019287.

Please include:
• Copies of emails.
• Copies of messages on any instant messaging platforms (including but not limited to Slack, WhatsApp, Teams).
• If you have used instant messaging platforms that automatically delete messages, please state the names of these platforms and, if possible, when they were used.
• Copies of any SMS messages.
• Audio recordings of any voicemails or voice notes.
• Times, dates and written notes from any phone calls, video calls, or in-person meetings.
• If any of the above involve attachments, please also provide copies of those.

Please could I narrow my request just to FOI 01/FOI/20/015694? Please only exclude attachments if to include them would make the request vexatious.

Decision & Reason for decision

I have today decided to disclose some of the requested information. Some data has been withheld as it is exempt from disclosure and therefore this response serves as a Refusal Notice under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act) by virtue of the following exemptions:

Section 31(1)(a)(b) - Law Enforcement.
Section 40(2)(a)(b) and 40(3A)(a) - Personal Information.
