Metropolitan Police Service - Digital Policing - Solution Provider Framework 2022.

The details we require are:

1. Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
2. Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
3. Start date & duration of framework/contract?
4. Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
5. Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
6. Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
7. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Supplier Performance Framework Agreements for Lot 1 (System Integration) and Lot 2 (Augmented Resources) for a period of 3 years plus 1 year, with a ceiling value for potential call off Contracts, worth £300m.

1 June 2022 Period 3 years plus 1 year.

The Framework is a contract vehicle for capable suppliers. The requirements would be from the call off contracts competed via the Framework.

Q5 - Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?

1 year.

No decision made.

This is a Framework. The resultant Contracts will have identified senior responsible officers when competed through the Framework.
