I note you seek access to the following information:

In the 5-year period between 2016-2021:

1. How many complaints were filed/made against the MPS by members of the public, which involved or alleged racial discrimination by one or more MPS police officers and/or staff?

2. How many complaints were filed/made against the MPS by officers and/or staff within the Metropolitan Police, which involved or alleged racial discrimination by one or more MPS officers and/or staff?

3. Of these complaints [qu1-2 above] made/filed against the MPS by either the public or MPS officers/staff, how many were:

a. Not investigated?
b. Investigated by the Metropolitan police?
c. Investigated by the IPCC and/or IOPC?

4. Of these complaints made/filed against the MPS involving or alleging racial discrimination and which were investigated by either the MPS or IPCC/IOPC [qu3b-3c], how many investigations resulted in:

a. A prosecution by the CPS [via MPS referral]?
b. A prosecution by the CPS [via IOPC referral]?
c. A dismissal?
d. A lesser sanction?
e. No action?
