Freedom of information request reference no: 01.FOI.22.024314
I note you seek access to the following information:
Determining whether the MPS holds the information, and locating, retrieving and extracting the information.
I know that you have a system called IIP checks, which would allow this to be easily determined, checked and extracted.
Based on this, I will do an overestimated amount of time for you to determine this information.
Can I refine my request now to:
Can you provide the data from 16/03/2019 from 1800 Hours below to the cost threshold(*) in the CN (Camden/Islington area) on the following:
1. Where the initial call was graded as drugs/drug dealing or possession of an offensive weapon. With key data on the Initial description on CAD of suspect in relation to ethnicity. (Ie how many people were described as IC1, IC2, IC3 etc on the initial call for service).
* 15 hours for gathering the information leading to 180 Cads (5 min – Per one – Extract data) – As the previous FOI requested stated would take 5 min per CAD. This would then leave plenty of room (Cost) for determining data and extra for extrication of data.
I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full.
Please find below information pursuant to your request above.
Out of 250 CAD (Computer Aided Despatch) reports 167 were read to determine whether suspects IC Codes were recorded.
