I note you seek access to the following information:
Please can you provide a breakdown of any budget and spends/expenditure against this budget by areas/categories set a side for the MSC for the current financial year and any future plans.
Examples of budget areas can include but not limited to:
Training
Equipment
Uniform
Expenses
Meetings
Entertainment
Can you also advise if the budget is held by the MSC SLT or Regular SLT and if possible who holds this budget.
Where a budget is not centrally held, please provide actual expenditure by area/team/bcu for spends against msc.
Can you give details of all training budgets and expenditure for msc.
Can you please advise if the MSC Budget is a separate entity or if it is an additional element to the BCU budgets.

Please find below information pursuant to your request above.
Please find attached and below data in relation to the MSC budget. I have been advised that it is not possible to provide all budget data, such as classrooms and equipment etc, as this is not recorded centrally under one cost centre.
The budget is held by the Metropolitan Special Constabulary Command (MSC) with Commander Catherine Roper as the budget holder. The MSC is a standalone budget separate to the BCUs & OCUs. The budget contains three main budget elements; uniform costs, which makes up the majority of the spend, and two smaller amounts for the MSC IT database and catering costs for ceremonies.
