Please provide the following information about drug testing on arrest (as it pertains to the Metropolitan Police) which I understand has been used by many police forces in England and Wales - https://www.gov.uk/government/news/drug-testing-on-arrest-expanded-to-help-cut-crime:

1) For calendar year 2019 - how many people received drug testing on arrest? Please specify how many tested positive; specify type(s) of drug; type of offence for which they were arrested; provide a breakdown of data by ethnicity for those who received drug testing on arrest (confirm if this data is held by the Metropolitan Police)

2) For calendar year 2020 - how many people received drug testing on arrest? Please specify how many tested positive; specify type(s) of drug; type of offence for which they were arrested; provide a breakdown of data by ethnicity for those who received drug testing on arrest (confirm if this data is held by the Metropolitan Police)

3) In 2021 so far (point at which request is processed) - how many people have received drug testing on arrest? Please specify how many tested positive; specify type(s) of drug; type of offence for which they were arrested; provide a breakdown of data by ethnicity for those who received drug testing on arrest (confirm if this data is held by the Metropolitan Police).
