Policing roads – tickets issued for speeding in 20mph zones in 2020 and 2021

I applaud the magnificent efforts made to keep drivers safe on motorways and A-roads through vigorous roads policing and the issuing thousands of speeding tickets. However I'm less sure the resourcing applied to pedestrian and cyclist safety appears equitable for less wealthy groups, which are overrepresented in terms of most protected characteristics.

To understand better the level of attention applied, can you please advise me on the number of speeding tickets issues in 20mph zones in the force area in:
a) 2020 (Jan-Dec inclusive)
b) 2021 (Jan-Dec inclusive)
