Cannabis pipes, pieces, bowls are small glass, ceramic or even plastic wear that cannabis is directly put into and smoked out of. They come in different shapes and sizes. The term “One hitter” may be used for a pieces that allows one hit of the drug. The bowl can also refer to the part of the device that the drug is packed into. Cannabis bongs are water pipes for smoking cannabis. The smoke is filtered through the water before it is inhaled. A cannabis bubbler is a combination of pipe and a bong, filters the smoke through water but is usually smaller and easier to carry that a bong. They are typically made of glass. A cannabis grinder is a metal, plastic or sometimes wooden device that breaks up the cannabis flower and stems so that it can be rolled or packed into a joint, blunt or bowl. Cannabis vaporisers come in different sizes. Portable ones are called vape pens. Some can take concentrates and other use the actual plant, both heat the drug and turn it into vapour that is to be inhaled. Cannabis vape pens are a smaller version of a vaporizer also called dab pens, e-cigarettes for cannabis or e-vapes. There are many different brands and types of vape pens. Can use concentrate or plant and are a type of vaporiser.
• The defendant must not be in possession of any cannabis grinder, self sealed snap bags or drug paraphernalia
• The defendant must not to be in possession of Drug Paraphernalia including Cannabis pipes, pieces and bowls, Cannabis bongs, cannabis bubblers, cannabis grinder, cannabis vaporisers, cannabis vape pens, crack pipes, foil, straws, aluminium cans, spoons, glass pipes, needles, large rizzla and snap bags.
• The defendant must not be in possession of any object used to assist in dealing or selling controlled drugs namely grinders and small sealable ‘snap bags’
