I note you seek access to the following information:
1. The total number of stalking allegations that have been received by your police force for each month between Jan 2017 December 2021 (Jan - Dec).
• I would like this broken down by gender of complainant for each month - and gender of alleged perpetrator.
2. The total number of arrests that have been made by your police force for stalking for the years 2017-2021 (Jan-Dec)
• If held, I would like this broken down by gender of the individual arrested for each month
3a) The number of Non-molestation orders your police force have applied to the CPS for between Jan 2017- Dec 2021 broken down by year
3b) Of these, how many applications were used in crimes relating to stalking
4a) Of the non-molestation orders applied for in 3a - how many were granted by the CPS.
4B) Of these, how many were in relation to stalking offences.
5a) Since Stalking Protection Orders were brought in in jan 2020 - how many SPO applications has your police force made - broken down by year.
5b) Of those, how many of those have been granted by the CPS
6a) Since 2017 how many reports of online harassment has your police force received - broken down by year
6b) Of those, how many relate to stalking offenced

Q1 - The total number of stalking allegations that have been received by your police force for each month between Jan 2017 December 2021 (Jan - Dec).

Q3a - The number of Non-molestation orders your police force have applied to the CPS for between Jan 2017- Dec 2021 broken down by year
Zero. Non-molestation Orders are civil injunctions under Family Law. They are not applied for by the Police and they are not granted by the CPS.
Q3b - Of these, how many applications were used in crimes relating to stalking

Q5a - Since Stalking Protection Orders were brought in in Jan 2020 - how many SPO applications has your police force made - broken down by year.
According to records maintained by the Stalking Threat Assessment Centre 65 SPOs were granted in 2020 and 144 were granted in 2021.
Q5b - Of those, how many of those have been granted by the CPS
Zero. An SPO can only be granted by a Magistrate or Judge.
Q6a - Since 2017 how many reports of online harassment has your police force received - broken down by year
Q6b - Of those, how many relate to stalking offenced
